Llandysul, Ceredigion is situated in stunning country side with the river Teifi running along side. The property is 5 minutes walk from The Porth Hotel where you can enjoy a riverside drink and friendly hospitality. There are various shops for all your groceries, with cafes and takeaways just a short walk into town.
With award winning resturants and many activities a short drive away, you can be assured you are in a good location to explore this part of West Wales.
The property is just 20 minutes from Carmarthen, and travel 20 minutes west to find the wonderful beaches of West Wales.
This white villa property is set in an elevated position to enable a beautiful aspect of the surrounding countryside and views of the ever changing river Teifi.

With the river on your doorstep, it is a fisherman/woman's paradise. The Teifi is famous for its large run of sea trout, (or sewin as they are more commonly known in Wales) which arrive from March onwards.
The Teifi also has a respectable salmon run. The larger spring salmon arrive in March, April and May, followed by good numbers of autumn salmon and grilse.
